Order & Shipping Info
Most orders begin processing the same day they are received and ship within 48 hours. We will contact the customer via email of any problems related to delayed shipping or product availability. Our method of shipping is UPS Ground, unless the customer specifies another shipping method. All orders of $100 or more are entitled to free shipping in the Continental United States. Orders of less than $100 will have the shipping charge calculated and appear on the order during checkout.

Please contact us at info@birds-out-back.com for rates when shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, APOs and all international addresses. Shipping costs for oversized items will incur an additional surcharge.
Please note that in an attempt to keep costs to our customers as low as possible, we reuse boxes for shipping. The item(s) you ordered may come in a shipping box with other product or manufacturer markings.
