Return and Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify us by e-mail or phone prior to returning the merchandise. Any item listed as “all sales final” will not be accepted for return, and no refund or credit will be issued. Returned seasonal or sale items will be eligible for store credit only. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds are made in the same form as your payment and will be issued within seven days of our receipt of the returned merchandise. If your payment was made by personal check, your refund will be held until we can confirm your check has cleared. You may always choose a store credit instead of a refund.
To assist us in expediting your return, exchange, and/or refund, we ask that you
- Contact us prior to returning the merchandise.
- Return the merchandise within 30 days of the date you received it.
- Return products in their original packaging in resalable condition.
- Include all accessories, instructions, and any other related items with your return.
- Include a copy of the invoice and/or packing slip.
